Duty pharmacies
Outside normal hours, pharmacies work on rotation. There is no single national number: the rota is published by area and changes daily.
Where to check
The A Coruña pharmacists' association (cofc.es) publishes the province's rotas.
Many municipalities and local newspapers list the day's duty pharmacy. It is also posted on each pharmacy door.
If you can't find one
Call 061 for urgent health advice. For a serious emergency, call 112.
Bring your prescription or usual medication if you need a continuation. Pharmacies do not replace a medical consultation.
