A small village at the mouth of the Sor, known for its bridge and estuary views.
O Barqueiro is a small harbour village on the border between A Coruña and Lugo provinces. The mouth of the Sor forms a narrow, sheltered ria with mussel rafts and marshes.
It makes a quiet stop on the way to Estaca de Bares and a good place to eat. Short walks and estuary viewpoints are close by.
