A riverside municipality between Ferrol and the Eume, with the Belelle waterfall as its main natural draw.
Neda sits on the right bank of the Belelle, close to where it meets the estuary. The town grew around the old road and bridge, on the natural route towards the Eume.
The Belelle waterfall, shared with Fene, is a short and very accessible outing. The municipality also keeps mills, old bridges and lush riverside woods.

Next to Ferrol, at the mouth of the Belelle. Served by the AP-9 and the N-651.

El Concello de Neda programa dos charlas formativas sobre alzhéimer y otras demencias, impartidas por personal técnico de Afal Ferrolterra. La primera jornada ofrecerá una visión general de los trastornos neurocognitivos degenerativos y los señales de alerta del alzhéimer. La segunda charla del programa, con el apoyo de la Mancomunidade de Concellos da Comarca de Ferrol, tendrá un carácter práctico. Se centrará en la autonomía, movilización y transferencia de personas en fase avanzada de la enfermedad (higiene postural, posición del cuerpo sentado y acostado) para evitar lesiones. Magosto da Terceira Idade
