Ruta dos castelos
San Felipe, A Palma, Moeche and Andrade: four fortresses that explain power in the district.
The route starts at the mouth of the estuary with the two castles that guarded it, then heads inland to Moeche, where the fortress tells the story of the Irmandiño revolts. It ends in Pontedeume at the Andrade tower.
A driving route with short visits. It can be done in a day, though Moeche and Pontedeume deserve more time.
